You will be actively engaged with both internal and external stakeholders, to deliver excellent and efficient service to our Property Clients who are based in North America.
The nature of the role has some flexibility and whilst experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry is essential, a methodical and dedicated candidate with limited experience in property will be considered.
You will be responsible for coordinating all placement support activities and delivering proactive, valued support within our client teams.
Broker Support / Account Executive prompts and monitors key activities and tasks throughout the reinsurance placement in order to promote efficient and timely compliance.

You will be xpect4ed to :-
Assist with reviews of client renewal information
Initiate the contract drafting process, updates and production of final contract documentation.
Assist brokers and prepare submissions, where required.
Track placement status of assigned accounts and update information as necessary.
Liaise with reinsurers in response to queries or requests, in conjunction with brokers.
Maintain core placement files to ensure we evidence all best practice procedures and compliance requirements.
Respond to client requests for information (reinsurer, financial reports, industry issues, etc.)
On boarding of new clients and markets.
Key responsibility for Compliance policies – Sanctions referrals, Third Parties etc…
Monitor and report on business metrics.
Build a strong relationship with the Service Team and an understanding of accounting, claims and proportional treaty administration.
Actively participate in team, client and reinsurer meetings.

Experience in the insurance / reinsurance industry is essential.

A good level of knowledge in the Property insurance placements, specifically in North America.
