Our client, a leading Independent Lloyd’s Broker is looking for a new Cyber Business Producer to lead their Cyber initiative and break new ground in was it the fastest growing and ambitious company in the World today.
- All activities involved in servicing of clients for whom responsible including all forms of communication.
- Ensuring exposures are accurately covered and all activities required are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
- Preparing market submissions and placing documentation
- Maintaining clear, accurate and comprehensive records reflecting the transactions undertaken and behalf of clients.
- Inviting and monitoring renewal instructions.
- Carrying out such projects and other duties and tasks as from time to time be required
- Assisting in the development of junior members of staff via coaching, on-the-job training, checking and management of workflow
- Ensuring workflow is actively managed interfacing with other areas within the Cyber Division including Broking & Processing.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Lloyds Insurance markets in broker houses in client facing roles including time as a Lloyd’s underwriter.
- Demonstrable experience of handling large Cyber books of business.
- Solid Cyber knowledge and experience
- Ability to operate individually (although with the wider support of the Group)
- Prior mentoring/coaching to junior members of staff
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- A high level of accuracy in responding to a variety of queries
