- All activities involved in servicing of clients for whom responsible including all forms of communication.
- Ensuring exposures are accurately covered and all activities required are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
- Preparing market submissions and placing documentation
- Maintaining clear, accurate and comprehensive records reflecting the transactions undertaken and behalf of clients.
- Inviting and monitoring renewal instructions.
- Carrying out such projects and other duties and tasks as from time to time be required
- Assisting in the development of junior members of staff via coaching, on-the-job training, checking and management of workflow
- Ensuring workflow is actively managed interfacing with other areas within the clients Division including Broking & Processing.
